What we generate, per state

Washington is fully supported: the NFPA-content ITM record, the sprinkler confidence-test report (city form lineage: Bellevue FD-406), and the service tag. A state is added only with its full artifact set — no partial-state launches. Texas and Florida artifact sets are in progress; systems in those states cannot be scheduled until their sets are complete. That rule is enforced in the software, not just stated here.

Cycle tables and code basis

Due dates are computed from encoded inspection, testing and maintenance requirements — facts of adopted code, cited on every calendar entry. Current encoding baselines:

NFPA 25 (2023 edition) — 12 encoded requirements
NFPA 72 (2022 edition) — 4 encoded requirements
NFPA 10 (2022 edition) — 2 encoded requirements

Edition review is an annual task; your schedule records the edition it was computed under. Local AHJ amendments can differ — your license, your call, always.

Form versions

Every generated artifact names its authority and revision in its footer. Form templates carry verified-against dates; a stale state form is the most serious problem we can have, and we treat it that way. Wrong form or wrong field? Every artifact preview links a report path, answered within one business day.

Findings integrity

The tool never auto-passes anything. Pass, deficient, impaired — each is the technician's explicit entry, timestamped, under the inspector's name and license, behind a signature step. Report footers state exactly that.

The Compliance Engine

In TCE jurisdictions we reduce double entry, not eliminate it: the report view formats your fields for hand entry into their portal. A direct integration is a milestone we have not reached, and we will say so plainly until we have.
