The trial is the try-before-you-buy
Every subscription starts with a 14-day trial. A card is required to start it, but you are not charged until the trial ends, and canceling during the trial costs nothing. The trial is the full product — use it on your next inspection and decide before the first charge.
Subscriptions & cancellation
The subscription is month-to-month. You can cancel any time, self-serve, from the Stripe billing portal in your account — no call, no email required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep full access until then. We do not refund partial months, except where required by law or when a billing error is ours — billing mistakes on our side are always refunded in full.
Your data after you cancel
Canceling never locks up your records. Data export is available regardless of your subscription state — before, during, and after cancellation, until your data is purged 90 days after account closure (see the Privacy Policy for retention details). Your account book is yours.
