We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and to exceed it on the product’s most important elements — the inspection states your work depends on.
What we do
- Status is never conveyed by color alone: every tag state carries a glyph and a word alongside its color (a check mark with “PASS”, a warning triangle with “DEFICIENT”, a cross with “IMPAIRED”), on screen and in generated documents.
- Text meets at least 4.5:1 contrast against its background.
- The site is fully keyboard-navigable with visible focus indicators — every path a pointer can take, a keyboard can take.
- Forms use visible labels with clear, inline error messages.
Known limitations & feedback
Some third-party content — state-issued form layouts we reproduce, and external sites we link to — is outside our control. If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere in SprinklerBook, email accessibility@sprinklerbook.com and we will work to fix it.
