Form versions

Every record, form, and tag SprinklerBook generates names the authority it is formatted for and the revision it follows — in the artifact’s own footer, and here. We treat an out-of-date revision as our most serious kind of error: tell us and the report link on the artifact itself carries the details for you.

What “coming soon” means

A state is added only with its full artifact set — no partial states. A template marked “coming soon” is one we already track (its authority and revision are pinned above) but its state's set is not complete, so systems in that state cannot be scheduled yet. Washington is the supported service area today.

SprinklerBook generates records from the findings you enter and sign. We make no warranty that any generated report, form, or tag satisfies the requirements of, or will be accepted by, any authority having jurisdiction.
